Data Deletion
Overview
This page explains how users of the HireTimSF Portfolio Android app can request deletion of app-related data.
The app does not provide account creation, login, comments, uploads, messaging, purchases, or user-generated content.
How to request deletion
Send an email to hiretimsf@gmail.com with the subject line "HireTimSF Data Deletion Request".
- Include the app name: HireTimSF Portfolio Android app.
- Include the approximate date or date range when you used the app.
- Include any details that may help identify the app-related data you want deleted.
Data that can be deleted
Deletion requests apply to app-related analytics, diagnostics, crash, and performance data that can be associated with your request and that is available for deletion through the services used by the app.
Because the app does not create user accounts, some app telemetry may be anonymous or aggregated and may not be reasonably linkable to a specific person.
Data that may be kept
Aggregated, anonymized, security, abuse-prevention, or legally required records may be retained when they cannot reasonably be associated with an individual user or when retention is required for legitimate purposes.
Response time
Requests are reviewed and handled as soon as reasonably possible. If additional information is needed to process the request, a reply will be sent to the email address used for the request.
