Data Deletion

This page explains how users of the HireTimSF Portfolio Android and iOS apps can request deletion of app-related data.

The apps do not provide account creation, login, comments, uploads, messaging, purchases, or user-generated content.

Send an email to hiretimsf@gmail.com with the subject line "HireTimSF Data Deletion Request".

• Include the app name and platform: HireTimSF Portfolio Android app or HireTimSF Portfolio iOS app.
• Include the approximate date or date range when you used the app.
• Include any details that may help identify the app-related data you want deleted.

Deletion requests apply to app-related analytics, diagnostics, crash, and performance data that can be associated with your request and that is available for deletion through the services used by the app.

Because the app does not create user accounts, some app telemetry may be anonymous or aggregated and may not be reasonably linkable to a specific person.

Aggregated, anonymized, security, abuse-prevention, or legally required records may be retained when they cannot reasonably be associated with an individual user or when retention is required for legitimate purposes.

Requests are reviewed and handled as soon as reasonably possible. If additional information is needed to process the request, a reply will be sent to the email address used for the request.
