These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://hiretimsf.com, operated by Tumur Bazarragchaa, professionally known as Tim Baz and operating under the HireTimSF name ("HireTimSF," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms apply to the public website, contact forms, free website-concept offer, portfolio content, and other free site features. Paid services are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site and submit an inquiry. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or for the business you represent.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site for lawful personal or internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for an unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, connected systems, accounts, or networks.
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access the site, except for ordinary search-engine indexing or access we expressly authorize.

The initial website concepts offered through the contact form are exploratory design directions prepared from the information you submit and, when relevant, publicly available information about your business. They are not finished websites, production-ready deliverables, or a promise that we will accept a paid engagement.

• No upfront payment. You are not charged to submit an inquiry or review the initial concepts.
• No obligation to continue. If none of the initial concepts are right for you, no payment is due for them.
• Paid work requires a separate agreement. Work continues only after both sides agree in writing to scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and ownership terms.
• No guaranteed outcomes. Concepts and services do not guarantee revenue, traffic, rankings, conversions, sales, leads, accessibility compliance, or other business results.
• Availability and fit. Submitting the form does not guarantee acceptance, a response deadline, or availability for a particular schedule.

Any estimate, recommendation, or projection is directional and depends on information available at the time. You are responsible for reviewing concepts, copy, claims, and business requirements before approving or using them.

The site and its text, graphics, logos, images, case studies, code, layouts, and other content are owned by HireTimSF or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, initial concepts and related working materials remain the property of HireTimSF. You may review them and share them internally to evaluate a potential engagement, but you may not publish, sell, rebrand, reproduce, or use them commercially. Ownership or licensing of paid deliverables will be defined in the applicable written agreement.

When you submit project details, a website URL, form response, or other content, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have the right to provide it, and that our use of it as described here will not violate any law or third-party right.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, analyze, and adapt submitted information only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate the opportunity, prepare requested concepts, provide agreed services, and prevent abuse.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or confidential material that we have not agreed in writing to receive and protect.

The site may link to or rely on third-party websites, platforms, analytics, hosting, email, social networks, app stores, and other services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, accuracy, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all free content, concepts, and features are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the site, portfolio content, recommendations, or initial concepts will be complete, current, secure, suitable for your needs, or free of errors. Site content is general information and is not legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireTimSF and its owner, contractors, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site or free services, even if advised that such damages are possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable liability under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable expenses caused by material you submit, your infringement of another person's rights, or your deliberate unlawful misuse of the site. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of an applicable written agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised last-updated date and will apply prospectively. Continued use of the site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. When required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
